In order to make sure students keep coming to the school, Rajaram, a teacher from Baraali village, Karnataka, India, teaching in Baraali Government Higher Primary School stepped up and bought a bus with the help of alumni of the school. Rajaram noticed that students had started dropping out since there were no roads between the homes of the students and the school. The Students had to walk around 6 km every day through the forest area. Meet the Woman Who saved 30,000 Cats in 26 Years

Lynea Lattanzio, the incredible woman who founded and runs The Cat House on the Kings  has saved 30,000 cats in 26 years.  The sanctuary provides a safe and loving environment to abandoned, homeless and rescued cats. It is also the home of more than 700 cats and 300 kittens.  What makes this sanctuary so unique is it's a no-kill and no-cage cat sanctuary where animals roam freely in 4200 sq feet . They also provide facilities like adoption and low-cost spaying and neutering.  The 12-acre sanctuary is situated in California and relies on donations from people and 45 volunteers for taking good care of the cats. They also educate people on how to be a responsible pet owner and how they can get involved in animal welfare.   She says, "You have to be on the very top of the job because you have a lot of cats that you are responsible for. This Mom and Son Due has Saved More Than Thousands of dogs!

Meet Roman Mcconn, the 7-year-old boy, who along with his mom Jennifer McConn has saved more than thousands of dogs from the Texas kill shelters.  It all started when the family adopted their dog "Luna" from a Texas kill shelter which inspired Jennifer to save more pups and adult dogs.   Jennifer got herself heavily involved in the local shelters with volunteering and Roman helped her with spreading the word.  Also Read:  Meet the Woman Who saved 30,000 Cats in 26 Years Roman started making videos of the dogs, explaining about the dog's age, breed and what kind of family and home would be perfect for the dog. the videos received a lot of love and support which helped them in finding the loving families.
